Our notarial services

  • Legalisation and Apostille

    Some countries will accept a Notary’s certificate as proof of legalisation, while others will require a further international certificate called an ‘Apostille’.

  • Foreign Wills

    Authenticating foreign wills and providing documents to deal with the administration of the estates of people who are abroad, or owning property abroad

  • general uses

    Any documents needed for use abroad and which require certification or authentication by a Notary Public. This could include lost passport applications, name verification or affidavits needed during litigation proceedings at court.

  • Oaths & Declarations

    Affidavits, oaths and declarations relating to various circumstances in foreign jurisdictions.

  • Powers of Attorney

    Preparing and authenticating powers of attorney for use overseas, e.g. buying or selling property abroad.

  • companies & Business

    Authenticating company and business documents and transactions. Providing certificates as to the status of a company, the structure of the entity or the identity of its directors. Powers of Attorney. HMRC/VAT Documents.

  • We charge on an hourly rate basis. The amount of time incurred will depend on a number of factors, for example, the number of documents, travel time and waiting time. Our hourly rate is £220 plus VAT with a minimum fee of £100 plus VAT. We also charge £11.25 plus VAT (£13.50) per person in respect of ID checks.

    There are additional costs, along with postage/courier charges, as well as fees payable to the Foreign Office, Foreign Embassies or agents if legalisation of documents are required. We can provide you with a clear and accurate quotation from the outset prior to you instructing us.

  • Our bill must be paid upon presentation and prior to the document being released to you. We will not be able to release the documents to you until the bill has been paid.
